Anna Hazare Lokpal Bill – The young man who rocked the nation earlier this year, demanding a Jan Lokpal Bill, in a bid to clean the ‘gutter’ at the highest level is back again. 74-year-old Anna, had gone on an indefinite fast, to demand a Lokpal bill, which brings all government officials including the prime minister under one umbrella, and which would enable any civilian to question the actions of the officials at the highest authority in the government. Lokpal Bill, is an optimistic first step to end corruption in the country!

The inefficient Government panicked at Anna’s ‘satyagraha’ which became viral throughout the nation and which was gaining increased international media coverage.. Even as the nation united in demand of a transparent system, all the government cared was to somehow suppress the issue and stop Anna. Hence, to end Anna’s protest, the government made false promises to pass a strong Lokpal in the next session of the parliament.

Well, Little did the lousy government know that, Anna isn’t going anywhere.. Anna’s mantra seems to be ‘Stop me if you can!’ Anna Hazare is back at doing what he is best at.. making the government-run for their lives.. The Lokpal Bill should have been passed till now, and obviously, it hasn’t been yet..! (when have we ever kept our promises)

The Ulta Pulta Alliance 2 is not able to do any correct thing on place. The captain of the Ulta Pulta Alliance 2 is also not capable of doing anything. A Selected leader can’t perform like an elected leader.

The strange part of our country & new channels is that “If the Cricket Team of India losses one match then the people of India and Media will ask to change the Team, Replace the Captain but continuous failure of the Ulta Pulta Alliance 2 never makes any differences on them.”

When 26/11 took place it was a clear failure of the Government. We spend Thousands of crores every year to purchase Arms and Ammunition. We have one of the largest Army in world. We have so many intelligence agency on place but then to few people from Pakistan came and hijacked Mumbai for 48 hours. The sad part is that the Ulta Pulta Alliance won the parliament election and started Series 2.

I have noticed other than Ram Gopal Verma every one made part two after success of Part1. Many of the times Part2 failed to perform like Part1. It’s very difficult to assess the Box office collection of Ulta Pulta Alliance Part1 as 2G has taken birth in that time only. Only Ramu and Sonia ji made part 2 despite the poor performance of Part I.

Ulta Pulta Alliance is these days daily comes out with a new scam involving their own ministers directly or Indirectly. There are many incidents which clearly Indicates the poor box office collection of Ulta Pulta Alliance 2. People of India have no issues with failure of Ulta Pulta Alliance 2 as they only get affected when Cricket Team of India lost match.

2G scam helped India to get International presence on Globe. People all over world know about our style of Business. We ask for money to do our duties.

My boss daily asks me for my work report of day. He only wants list of completed task and list of failed task with excuse list which should not have any excuse.
Excuse doesn’t work ! Our Prime Minister should learn this from me. Ulta Pulta Alliance 2 failed on various field so he came out with Excuse that there can’t not be hard action due to coalition government.

Sir No Excuse. You are running a Country and not sales team so some bank which comes with excuses for low sales in quarter.

I am very sad for me for people of India for whom Cricket Match matters more than growth of them self and country.

UPA- The Ulta Pulta Alliance 2 is not doing well. We had enjoyed Munna Bhai MBBS and after that the part 2 Lage Raho Munna Bhai as well. UPA 2 looks in trouble from the 1st day.

Scam after scams are coming out from UPA 2. Alliance partners are coming with their own terms and conditions. Hamari Mange Puri Karo varna ham tumahre saath nahi hai !! This is new slogan from the alliance partners.

DMK wants all their ministers should go free from all the charges of the 2G scam. There are more than Raja and Kanimozhi involved in 2G. We should take help of Wikileaks to know the real beneficiaries of the 2G scam.

Mamta however is playing her own tune. Her Izzat passes are getting missed all over India. She is busy with “Industry Bhagao Aandolan” from Poschim Bangal. Her tune is sometimes creating trouble for UPA2.

KCR need separate Telangana to play CM-CM. I didn’t understand how come making a new state will develop the region and lead to prosperity. Congress’s own local leaders are in favour of Telanag. But it’s not as easy of making Bangladesh from Pakistan.

Congress’s internal conflict also has major share for short life of UPA2. One minister is bugging in the office of another minister. So in cease fire another is sending note for questioning his authority for 2G.

I am sure Rahul Gandhi is getting ready for 2014 but before that someone has to pump life of UPA2 back which is getting short by every rupees increase in prices of Petrol and Diesel. Increase of LPG prices will
cut the life half.

Let’s hope UPA2 will complete their 2nd term as neither Congress nor BJP is ready for a
mid term election.

NGO “Non Governmental Organisation”,  they are meant to help the society with their social awareness for various problems in the society. There are many NGO’s in India, which are covered under no taxation on their receipts or payments.

Donation in an NGO is liable for deduction and exemption under the section 80G. Section 80G offers a tax deduction for donations made to certain prescribed funds and charitable institutions. This section is applicable to all assesses, who make an eligible donation, whether an individual, HUF, NRI or a company.

There are many NGO’s all over India who have major business of pumping money from overseas to Indian economy. Havala money from major tax heavens come as donations to many NGO’s. NGO’s are paying 1lacs to experts for their visit at Dharvi for Social causes. Experts are none other then the beneficiaries or close associates of people making the black money in the system.

There are many NGO’s across India that pay cash after deducting certain ratio on your donation to meet your Black Money transaction and vice-versa. They are biggest mode of black money transaction in India right now. Religion institutions are also part of the same racket.

There are few exception for NGO’s and the Religion Institution.

I wouldn’t be preposterous if I say that since the turn of this century the spotlight has been on women- their progress or the lack of it. In the public sphere today, a lot of attention is given to women-centric issues; discussions and awareness concerning their independence, rights, health, education and empowerment.

But can we really account for and see substance in the upliftment of women or are we striving to falsely satisfy ourselves into believing that women are in a better position and the society is more conducive for their overall progress than it was a century back?

I can’t help but see examples of hypocrisy, especially when it comes to gender ‘equality’, some hard-to-miss, others subtle. At the risk of sounding highly cynical, I would say most of the ‘empowerment’ that comes our way is usually mere tokenism.

These days we have soaps on Indian television that claim to focus on the increased role of women in families. Yes, I agree they do show women as the heads of the family (a matriarchal setup), but does that change things for other women in the family? No; the condition of other women in the family is just as bad, even worse I’d say, under a matriarchal influence (Think: Ammaji in Ladoo and DadiSa in Balika Vadhu). These serials claim to focus on the progress of the female race and changing mindsets. Did I miss something? Cause I don’t see it. Even now, women in our soaps are either portrayed as vicious or pathetically docile. Probably the problem is that we are looking at a matriarchal family setup in a patriarchal and gender-biased society but the fact remains that these serials are rebooting and perpetuating the same old chauvinistic ideas and prejudices in the system under the guise of female empowerment.

Ms. Pratibha Patil became the Indian President in 2007. She came to power with much fanfare and the Congress made sure everyone remembered that they gave India its first female president. Point noted. Yet, the same people who elected India’s first woman president from possible nominees (Members of the parliament and state legislatures) have been unable to get themselves to pass the Women’s Reservation Bill, which has been pending in the parliament since 13 years.

The question is not whether this bill is an effective way to empower women, the question is why the charade of empowering women when our parliament is obviously reluctant to embrace reservations for women? Yet they don’t blink once when it comes to reservations for SC, ST, and OBCs? Or are we just not reliable as a votebank: too spatially diverse to bother for?

Our elected representatives have no qualms about seeing a woman as a rubber stamp, with no real powers (the politically correct euphemism being nominal head) but are still queasy about giving them a considerable chunk of our legislative assembly, where there is scope for substantial changes?

I speak for a lot of like-minded women- please stop masquerading as agents of change or make promises of empowerment when you couldn’t care less. It’s demeaning and insulting. No tokenism, please!

Anti-corruption Revolutionary Anna Hazare seems set to take Blogging and Social networking world as a medium to connect to masses and especially youth. he is now a blogger, on Thursday he turned into a blogger with his Blog address as “https://annahazaresays.wordpress.com. “ and even joined social networking sites Facebook and Twitter.

In his welcome post, Hazare wrote: “It is after a long time that I am directly communicating with you. Henceforth, it is from this blog that I will be constantly in touch with you.”

“We started a movement demanding that Jan Lokpal Bill be passed in India and slowly the crusade spearheaded into a full-fledged non-violent revolution spilling on to the Ramlila Maidan,” he added.

Hazare has openly accused “some government agents” representing an image that it was because to their “favourite ministers” that he withdrew his fast in Delhi’s Ramlila Maidan in August.

“It was only when my inner voice permitted me I broke my fast after getting assurance from the government. The reason I am clearing the misconceptions here is I came to understand some government agents tried to propagate and create an image that it was the handiwork of their favourite ministers that I gave up my fast.”

“I came across articles of self-praise, interviews published by them. This is a false propaganda,” Hazare said in his blog. He shares the inside story  of what occured before he withdrew his 12-day-old fast for a strong Lokpal, Hazare shares that till the last moment, the government tried to break the movement in every way possible.

As talks progressed regarding calling off his fast, he said the people, who came to meet his team members, the middle-man, the minister all of them had “different versions, different assurances.

“It was the responsibility of the government that they scrutinies the people they had sent for negotiations whether they were corrupt or had clean image. That was for the government to think. I held talks with them considering they were Government representatives! The answers lay with the government,” he said.

After Hazare called off the fast, questions have been raised, particularly in media interviews, over the participation of Union minister Vilasrao Deshmukh, who is facing allegations in Adarsh scam, and Bhayyuji Maharaj in mediation.

Anna shares that he has found support from all kinds of the people and he makes a special mention about youth as they came forward from every corner of the country and joined hands with him and made India awakened again!

“Their cries not only shook the very roots of our country but people from world over who had fallen prey to injustice, corruption took active part in the movement.

“The entire movement was infectious. This was the beginning of a revolution. It was the beginning of India’s second struggle for independence,” Hazare said.

The 74-year old Hazare pointed out that Parliament gave an assurance that it would put forward some of the demands from the Jan Lokpal Bill and get them approved.

“But assurance doesn’t necessarily mean law. A bigger fight awaits us,” Hazare urged.

The activist warned that the movement still “has a long way to go and very soon it will acquire a non-violent, but intense flavour of a nation-wide revolution”.

“To enable a one-to-one conversation with you I will soon embark on my journey throughout India. I will address problems faced by people at every step of life… Interactive communication on this blog will start very soon. You can share your queries, problems thoughts and emotions with me,” Hazare appealed.

He has also mentioned on his blog that he has joined Facebook and Twitter.
