Chocolate Fudge Cake Recipe by Cremica which is simple and easy to make. Fudge that melts in your mouth and Chocolate Cake that you can not get enough of.

Ingredients

  • 450g Chocolate Sponge
  • 150ml Sugar syrup
  • 200g Non-Diary Whip Topping
  • 100g Chocolate Fudge ((for mixing with the cream) )
  • 150g Chocolate Fudge ((for topping))
  • 50g Butterscotch Nuts ((for side garnishes) cream & Chocolate for garnishes)
  • 450g Chocolate Sponge
  • 150ml Sugar syrup
  • 200g Non-Diary Whip Topping
  • 100g Chocolate Fudge ((for mixing with the cream) )
  • 150g Chocolate Fudge ((for topping))
  • 50g Butterscotch Nuts ((for side garnishes) cream & Chocolate for garnishes)

Directions

Step 1
Cut the Sponge into 3 layers. Place the bottom layer first on the base.
Step 2
Mix some chocolate fudge with the whipped cream.
Step 3
Sprinkle Sugar Syrup on the sponge, apply chocolate fudge mixed whipped Cream on it.
Step 4
Put 50 gm Chocolate fudge Sauce on it and spread nicely, make sure that the chocolate fudge is spread nicely & properly.
Step 5
Now place the second layer & repeat the above procedure.
Step 6
Place the final layer, sprinkle sugar syrup and cover the cake completely with whipped cream, i.e., ice the cake properly, so that the sponge is completely covered under the cream.
Step 7
Pour chocolate fudge sauce nicely on top of the cake rotate the palate knife on it to give a dropping effect to the cake.
Step 8
Garnish the cake with some chocolate garnishes and butterscotch nuts on the sides, etc.
