India Is Rapping and Rocking – Blinga Boys!!

‘Blinga Boys’ from Rohtak have already made waves with their first two songs and now while they are coming up with their third release there is a buzz all around about it.

Rapper Himz

From the desi roads of Rohtak emerges a young desi rapper, with his enthusiastic style of rapping and a great passion for music – Rapper Himz. Looks like impressive from the name itself? Well then just hit some of his videos on YouTube and it’s going to blow your mind off. It’s the type of desi rap you spend months searching on and still end on having a no result found situation.

Inspired by Bohemia and other UK’s and US’s Punjabi artists, Himz developed interest in music as early as when he was just 12 which was only meant to be strengthened. He enjoys entertaining people and Himz quite frequently practices on his friend’s turntables. His passion grew with time and much before he became popular for his rapping, his peers had felt the intensity of his talent.

As a rapper Himz developed interest in genres like from R&B, Drum n Bass, House and Garage, Hip-Hop, Bhangra and started performing in his local area and college fests. Still in his early career, He started performing gigs at events and started a promotional company with popular rap artists like Mac-e, However it was evident that being on stage at such an early age did not intimidate Rapper Himz. This was quite a turning point in the young rapper’s career as there was no turning back from then. He then started producing, writing and recording tracks in the studio with well-known artists who were keen to work with this talented rapper.

Through months of hard work Himz together with Mac-e formed a group named “Blinga Boys”. The group has earned a huge popularity in Rohtak and already recorded two tracks and posted it on YouTube-

1)”Infatuation-(First Love)” – a sound that is perfect for the type music climate today.

2) Gangzter Track – “yara te maan (Reput-ation)”

3) And currently working on a new track named “A.T.H” [acha theek hai]

With his ‘just rock the stage” attitude and sensational rapping style and songs, he is all set to be the future Jay-Z.

Mac-e Rapstar

“Yo!Yo!Yo!Yo! Here comes the Punjabi Eminem – These are the words that many upcoming rappers use. But Rapper Mac-e ain’t one of them. He doesn’t say these words, but by his tracks, he has proved that he is true the Punjabi rap king.

Flooded with immense rapping talent, Mac-e was influenced by Punjabi artists like Juggy D and Bohemia who are already in the music industry. He made sure that influences and the inspiration that he got from them don’t go in vain. He had set the stage on fire, when he performed in his college fest for the very first time at the age of 19. He showed people that he is more than good at entertaining them. When he represented his college at a national level competition “Rap star” at NIT Jalandhar he won the 1^st prize just in the beginning of his career. He also performed many gigs at different college fests with his companion, Rapper Himz.

He got the fame any young rapper might have aspired, but Mac-e had one more goal to accomplish that is vocally performing his lyrics with his self-composed beats.

Having a blend of his sensational beat boxing in his raps, he began writing and recording his own tracks in studios with one of his companion Rapper Himz. They both worked together hard, and through months of practice and jamming formed a rap group named “BLINGA BOYS”, which is now rocking the whole of Haryana. They both have been rocking the people all over the country with their tracks and they say that there is a lot more to come.

The Blinga Boys have already recorded 2 songs and posted them on YouTube. The 3^th track is on the way to come.
